Description
I missed most of high school season recovering from surgery (to repair a broken bone in my leg), but was able to play the final 7 games with minute restrictions (starting with 10 minutes per game and then working up from there). Even though my playing time was limited, I averaged 3.9 goals per game (in Division I) and was awarded 2nd-team all-league in the Avocado League (San Diego’s strongest league) and the MVP Coach’s Award. I am so grateful I was able to get back in time to play lacrosse this season with my team and am excited to share these highlights from my first 7 games back…there’s no place I’d rather be!
